Claritas Rx came to us with a visual brand already defined. Venga did beautiful work, but the brand hadn’t been expanded across channels. Our first job was to rebrand their website and marketing materials, some examples of which can be seen at the bottom of this page. What we found was really missing, was a concise way for viewers to learn what exactly Claritas Rx did. So armed with a talented strategist, video expert, and writer on our side, our team worked with the client to script a minute and a half video on how the Claritas Rx software works. Crafted to be a high-level overview, we met repeatedly to ensure our project would be both accurate and interesting. Along with the script we wrote visual descriptions and hand drew thumbnail sketches. Once these were approved by the client, I went to work defining how the Claritas Rx brand would look when applied to illustration; a wonderful task as it had not yet been explored. Each hand drawn frame was painstakingly remade in illustrator, and I created and reviewed illustrations with both the client and animation team to make sure we were staying on course.
We had three rounds of revisions where I acted as liaison between the client and creative team. I would interpret client feedback, create new elements as needed, and work with Blue Team to integrate changes into the final video. Due to a very quick turn around we would often work in tandem to balance client needs.
